Lemon Pepper is a finely tuned blend of different types of pepper (black, white and Sichuan pepper) and the fresh lemony flavour of lemons and lemongrass.
It is ideal for refining fish, seafood and oysters. It also gives light summer salads, meat dishes, sauces, vegetables, tomatoes and stews fresh accents. If you stir the lemon pepper into yogurt or quark, you can make your own spicy and fruity dip.
Shelf Life / StorageSpices lose some of their flavour through incorrect storage. Spices should be stored in a cool, dry, dark and airtight place.
