Armoniche

The Armoniche pasta is a real sauces soaker. Their singular format reminds of Fusilli, but they are open to one side. An excellent noodle, called after the musical instrument harmonica, which is well suited for creamy dark and for creamy mushroom sauces. A good roast companion and an excellent pasta salad noodle.

Cooking time 8 - 10 minutes.
Make the bite test just before the end of the cooking time: Armoniche are perfect when they are no longer hard, but just still al dente.
