Marjoram has many names, including sweet marjoram, knotted marjoram or pot marjoram. Marjoram has a very spicy flavour and is one of the most popular herbs to grow in the kitchen in Germany. Marjoram is most frequently used to make sausages. However, it is also fantastic for seasoning soups, sauces, meat, pizza, stews and potato dishes.
