Lemon Pepper harmoniously combines different types of pepper with the fresh flavour of lemon.
This finely tuned spice composition gives fish, shellfish, oysters and salad dressings a summery touch. You can also use it to make a fine marinade for grilled meat, or stir it into cream cheese to create a delicious dip. It can even give a certain pep to some desserts and fruit salads.
Shelf Life / StorageSpices lose some of their flavour through incorrect storage. Spices should be stored in a cool, dry, dark and airtight place.
How to use
Fruity-Fresh Summer Salad:
Arrange a mixed salad, crumbled feta cheese and finely chopped strawberries on a plate. Create a dressing from raspberry vinegar, orange juice, honey, a pinch of salt and olive oil, spice it up with some lemon pepper, and drizzle the dressing over the salad. Roast a handful of pumpkin seeds in a pan, chop them up and sprinkle them over the salad. Bon Appetit!
