Green Hawaiian Sea Salt
BAMBOO JADE is a particularly delicate sea salt which gets its green colour through the addition of southern Chinese bamboo leaf extract.
It has a wonderful flavour and can be used in a variety of ways in Chinese cuisine - from Asian wok dishes and soups to pork, poultry and beef dishes.
Bamboo leaf extract is rich in amino acids, antioxidants and vitamins.
