Whole Caraway Seeds, biennial

Caraway seeds can be used to season virtually any dish. However, thanks to its digestion-stimulating properties, caraway seeds are often used in foods that are harder to digest, such as cabbage.

If you don`t particularly like caraway`s very aromatic flavour, we recommend placing whole caraway seeds in a tea ball infuser and hanging this in your saucepan. This gives the dish just a fine hint of caraway, without the risk of biting on a caraway seed when eating.
