Tabil is a traditional flavourful and spicy spice mix from Tunisia which is often used with Harissa to season stews.
Tabil is the Tunisian word for coriander, however the mix mainly contains chili, garlic and cumin. Tabil can be used in diverse ways: It gives meat and fish dishes, rice, couscous and vegetables a refined oriental note.
