The Trinidad Scorpion Butch Taylor entered the Guinness Book of Records in 2011 as the “Hottest Chili in the World” with a heat level of about 1,4 Mio. Scovilles. It origins from an Australian Farm and the peppers can be recognised due to their pointed spikes.

Beside their extreme heat, the chillies have an aromatic fruity flavour as it is typical for the Capsicum chinense varieties. This taste works very well with fish dishes, white meat and desserts.
